Matthew 22:21 Jesus said "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's; and to God the things that are God's." Romans 13:1 "Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God and those which exist are established by God."
To Caesar the things that are Caesar's,
to God the things that are God's. Marriage is God's, Gay-Marriage obviously is not. It is ungodly, it has nothing to do with one's appropriate religious faith. Like law, truth can be harsh; but it is the truth.
In insane society insanity is sane when what is legally correct is morally and spiritually wrong.
"Hate the sin not the sinner", practically everyone is a sinner. Love God, love others is the commandment of the TrueLover of God. If you love someone you'll help him or her grow and truly live. As we need not die to be in heaven, we also need not die to be in hell. Both are places on earth. LivingDeads are real.
